  • Developed and executed internal and external communication strategy for Quapaw Nation, including leading team that restructured communications with updated website, social, and took quarterly newsletter and transformed it into vibrant glossy monthly 28-page glossy magazine for tribal members and public
  • Led video production team to create series of documentaries, social media shorts and high-quality impactful videos about projects going on within Quapaw Nation
  • Restructured and streamlined a highly-functioning communications team to maximize internal communications, media/public relation related initiatives, meetings, large event planning, along with community and Quapaw Nation community related events
  • Developed and executed a comprehensive communications/media campaign in honor of the 150th Quapaw Nation Powwow, regarded as best event and best documented for future generations
  • Recognized for excellence from Native American Journalist Association (NAJA) in first year of operations

  • Developed, designed and launched in house brewery brand, Downstream Crafted Brewing Company (DCBC) with it's four initial brands: Flat Rock Red, Gentleman Bison IPA, Crafthouse Kolsch, and Honey Brown Bomber
  • These accounts for 20% of beer sales on property
  • Later expanding to second property, Saracen Casino and negotiated endorsement deal for 'Roy's Ringside Red' featuring World Champion Boxer Roy Jones Jr
  • Oversee the production, storyboarding and creation of compelling creative campaigns and reels to support and drive customer growth, in highly competitive gaming region and was able to continuously dominate market share
  • Strong understanding of creative mediums, material specifications for merchandise, paper specifications, printing process, mailing restrictions, banner weights and durability
