- April 2023 - current; Large renovation project comprised of new outdoor structures, new hardscape and landscape including outdoor kitchen, new pool and new spa, and interior renovations of bathrooms, recreational room, and exercise room. Project management with onsite organization and supervision. Total value of $8-9 million.
- March 2022 - January 2023; 3000 sqft. addition. Sales and development of a classically designed addition. Worked closely with the architect and the client to bring the $2,750,000 project to contract.
- January 2020 - January 2021; significant renovation of a Beacon Hill townhouse comprised of a new primary suite floor with new bath, millwork, and home office, renovations of the bathrooms on all floors and new roof deck. Brought this project to contract with the client, developed designs with the local architect and project managed the $2,000,000 project.
Additional Project Highlights
- Supervised the conversion of a Back Bay condo into a personal library with custom steel mezzanine and custom millwork.
- Supervised the total gut renovation of a Back Bay townhouse with engineered truss floor systems, integrated new elliptical stair and elevator, all new mechanical systems, and utility connections. Supervised an average of 25 trades people to complete the project on time and on budget.
- Supervised a years worth of millwork installation in a large renovation project. Supervised an average of 10 millwork installers.
- Built a custom 15,000 sgft home on an island. Installed the door and window package and custom millwork rooms. Worked with a crew of 10 carpenters.
