This (SBTS) is a college campus i.e. Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with 85 Acres and 1.5 M Square feet under roof.

Our team ran work orders and completed them in a timely fashion while following all safety protocols.

With Seven to Eight Techs, completed approx. 700-800 work orders a month including PMs.

• Operated tools, equipment, and machinery according to safety standards.
• Installed complete systems at new and existing business construction sites.
• Laid out materials and system components to prepare for installation.
• Inspected installations to check for functionality and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Completed troubleshooting of malfunctions and diagnosed issues.

• This position was a very short term that I accepted to help a friend build a very cutting edge home that was completely Energy Star compliant.
• I started bydesigning the HVAC system for this home that requiredfar less capacity than the normal home of equal size.
• Was asked to stay on till full-time employment was found to help manage subcontractors.
