  • Expedited Material Order, Beating the Competition. McNeilus Companies had a customer’s order that was delayed back due to a model year changeover. Contacted dealer and manufacturer to upgrade urgency of order fulfillment. Received delivery of chassis parts in requested time, winning contract of $300K with customer.
  • Eased transition to new software on two occasions. Alstom Power and CNH Industrial changed software from JD Edwards to SAP. Became go to person to assist co-workers to use SAP. Explained SAP processes and procedures to managers and other employees.
  • Developed new critical suppliers. Benefited customers of CNH Industrial. Developed new suppliers for postproduction supplier of cylinder head and beaded gaskets due to closure of previous supplier’s production plant. The new supplier also supplies other gaskets and markets their own material.
