• Perform service and repairs on heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems for commercial and industrial applications.

• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel

• Compile operational or personnel records, such as time and production records, inventory data, repair or maintenance statistics, or test results

• Perform all aspects of Apartment Maintenance and Repair.

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
• Answer alarms and investigate disturbances
• Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property
• Coordinate Patient Transportation
• Assist Maintenance department as needed
