Here at West Lake petro2 I preform routine maintenance on rotating equipment. To consist of centrifugal pumps, reciprocating pumps & compressors, positive displacement pump, and steam turbines. From PM's, trouble shooting, and over hauling. Following factory specifications and tolerances with precisions tools. OD micrometers, ID micrometers, telescoping gauges, parallel blocks, calipers, dial indicators, chain jig's, Aline brackets, mag base, feeler gauges, tapper gauges, boar gauges, scale, machinist ruler, and many other precisions tools to the tenth-thousandths place for bearing fit.

Remove and install repaired equipment. preform alignments with lazer, dial and indicator in rem & face, parallel, and revers along with graphing and can also preform optimal move's when bolt bound. Check for pipe stress, soft foot, calculate thermal offsets. Check interferences fits. calculate the proper key length for equipment.
