  • Assisted in developing the Concept & Product Specification documents in addition to the Business Case for the Launch of the “Club 55” service, (One SIM card with two MSISDN’s).
  • Responsible for the Roaming roadmap and finalizing the roaming agreements with different GSM networks for a period of 9 months.
  • Created Concept & Product Specification documents in addition to the Business Case and the legal contracts for the Launch of the 5 existing IVR providing companies.
