Maintain system operations by troubleshooting bugs and contacting IT if it is a larger issue. Order items to keep Red Hawk and Sonoma Ranch golf shops running efficiently. Address customer concerns by handling it myself or communicating the concerns to the correct people. Communicate with customers to book or alter their tee times. Assist customers in the golf shops with whatever they need. Ensure that customers are sorted in the system if they are associated with any memberships or golf teams. Train new team members in the golf shops. Take the register closeout deposits to the bank as well as take money to the bank to get change for the petty cash. Assist with tournament execution in order for it to run smoothly and ensure we get payment for said event.

Picked up orders and delivered them in a timely manner. Shopped for customers if the order required. Picked up prescriptions and delivered them safely. Communicated with customers in order to ensure a satisfactory delivery.

Cash customers out when they have all the items they wanted to purchase. Assist customers with finding the item that they were looking for. Organized and straightened up the areas near the cash registers. Processed returns and online orders. Kept the area behind the customer service desk organized and returns ready to be put back out on the sales floor. Assist my coworkers with unloading the trucks and sort the items into pallets to be taken out to the floor. Retrieved carts from the parking lot to bring back in at the end of the night.
