I am responsible for sending out the dishes in a timely manner whilst making sure there are no issues with the dish. The dish is to look clean with no ingredients missing and if there are any modifications, I am to make sure it comes out that way. I also garnish a few dishes before sending them out.

Served food and beverages with focused attention to customer needs. Kept stations clean, managed money, worked with a POS system.

Worked with guests to place online, in-person, or phone orders and packaged them with care and focus to make sure nothing went missing or was wrong with the order. Handled money, prioritized guest-satisfaction, and trained employees to do the same.

Greeted and seated guests, handled phone calls, kept an organized and clean space, conducted the restaurant, trained new hostesses, maintained high standards of service according to company policies.

Took orders and crafted drinks accordingly. Prepared baked goods, kept the workspace clean, and made samples to share. Interacting with customers, even during hectic times, made for a positive environment.

Promoted our sandwiches and made them taste as good as I made them sound. Complied with health and safety guidelines whilst keeping a clean workspace. Made sandwiches to satisfy guests and preparing everything before the shift and maintaining as I go along.
