Highlighted the pivotal role of supervisor-supervisee relationships in fostering identity development. Classroom Management Approach

I maintain a positive and collaborative approach in my classroom by starting off the course relationship building with my students and understanding their goals. I use this information to tailor my lessons to student interests and to improve student engagement and intrinsic motivation amongst my students. I utilize a restorative justice approach when addressing problems and focus on using my content area to start conversations on life skills needed to be successful in my class and beyond.
