  • In 2001, Project Controls Manager on team awarded a 42 month and $316M contract. Effort required significant interface with partnering companies in detailing contract deliverable definitions with estimated cost, associated schedules and contract performance criteria to establish fee structure.
  • Successfully represented company in negotiating a 100% performance rating for fee payments of $5.7M in 2002.
  • Under BWXTO assigned to redesign Waste Operations organizational structure and program reporting requirements to increase performance objectives. Successfully supported organization by increasing performance rating from 84% to 98%, the highest any site organization had received from customer (DOE) for meeting contract deliverables under budget. Generated an additional $1.1M of profit for company due to redesign and implementation of operations protocol.
