Summary

Aside from current role responsibilities, I was selected as a leader for the Pfizer’s Women’s Resource (PWR) colleague group for the site. For over two (2) years I have supported and full-heartedly embraced being a voice for women at Pfizer. Tasks to accomplish this include developing flyers and announcements using various communication vehicles to broadcast company events, from internally to Global Pfizer. Aligning effective communication with company initiatives within the community, I’ve designed content to assist and launch volunteer efforts, community service, and the collection of non-profit donations worth thousands of dollars towards Pfizer’s Give Forward. Networking is key, as I’ve joined other site PWR groups to share diverse content and support engagement from all colleagues. The exposure of helping to maintain PWR’s Yammer, Teams page, and support through LinkedIn has nourished my abilities to create and launch content to open up multiple lines of communication to ensure everyone is kept informed. I enjoy providing guidance and exposure to everyone I interact with.
