  • Booked international and domestic airfare, cars, hotel and train tickets. Used both Amadeus as well as online booking sites. Did all ticketing, exchanges. Understanding all fair rules and international commission contracts.
  • Handled meeting planning for groups, negotiated contracts and set up room configurations, meals , snacks and beverage service, as well as AV equipment and break out rooms.
  • Worked directly with the two marketing departments to book weekly groups for "customer experiences" . That included hotel rooms and transportation as well as some local tours and events.
