Accomplishments

  • Volunteered to be a Pilot Site for Brand New Electronic health Record System in Oct 2020. Implementation was completely successful, set the standard Go Live Process for 24 other facilities. Have been the pilot site for over 10 new projects to be later implemented throughout the company. First facility to install new VOIP phone systems in satellite clinic locations, replacing 20-30 yr old analog systems, this system is now the company standard throughout all facilities. Replaced slow AVPN with new Fiber connections, going form speeds of 45MB to 200 MB, savings was around $4,000 per month. Implemented first emergency management system for the facility through FirstNet Designer Assessments Technical Support — Highly Proficient 2020 Performing software, hardware, and network operations.
