- Program, set-up and run CNC plasma cutting table, CNC high pressure water jet cutter, and CNC press break. Taking CAD flat patterns, converting to DXF's and taking those cut parts and forming them to print and tolerance standards.
- Assisted engineer in designing large conveyor belt. Using CAD knowledge, designed covers using sheet metal feature and applying CNC knowledge to create accurate flat patterns that were then bent accurately to CAD model.
- Ordered materials and hardware to ensure projects were kitted correctly for fabrication team, was the main contact within the shop for all technical questions during assembly, and ensured all parts were assembled correctly before shipping out.
