I am responsible for the safe and punctual transportation of Medicaid clients to and from their scheduled appointments. My duties include keeping meticulous record of all trips to ensure transparency and accountability. Above all, I prioritize the comfort and safety of all passengers, implementing measures to guarantee a secure and pleasant journey at all times.

As a Volunteer Probation Officer, I was responsible for gaining practical experience in offender case management under the close supervision of licensed probation officers. My duties included conducting client interviews to gather and assess information, assisting with background checks to support case evaluations, and preparing detailed court reports for judicial proceedings. I attended court hearings to observe legal processes and provide support, and participated in home visits to ensure compliance with probation terms. Additionally, I maintained accurate records of all interactions and findings in case files. This role allowed me to develop skills in offender case management, interviewing, and report writing, while gaining familiarity with legal and community supervision procedures. Throughout my volunteer experience, I received mentorship and feedback from licensed probation officers, which helped me assess my growth and identify areas for improvement.
