Summary

I've always been interested in Interior Decor and rearrangement. I have had friends ask me to rearrange their homes. I look at color, texture, usage and size to determine placement. People love my ideas.

While working at Lowes, my store manager, Zach, received many hand written letters from very satisfied customers. They stated what a joy it was to work with me and the professionalism I showed them. I felt proud that they appreciated my efforts and received Lowes Employee Commendations.

So far, while working at The Home Depot, I've received 7 Customer Service and Employee Excellence Awards.

And recently, 2 customers took our Voice of the Customer survey to comment on my performance while working with them on their purchases.

I have to say I actually like people and care if they are happy when they leave the store so I can count on their repeat business ! I feel repeat business is the core to a successful business.
