- I pick T-Mobile products and put them in a tote for them to be packed and shipped, handling multiple pick areas and totes in one lane, constantly moving to different lanes that have totes to be picked. I also packed multiple items from a tote that can have six slots to be packed from and shipped to different areas. Another part of the packing process is dunnage and tape and that process is before they go on the trucks to have them be loaded on and shipped, also pick retail items that are sent to the T-Mobile stores. I now have new experience in training new members of Tellworks, teaching them how to pick and pack, and helping them along the way of their training by answering questions or finding answers to their questions. a new role in waving orders to be dropped and to box inductor to drop the tote/boxes on the conveyor
