• ERP Transformation Leadership: Successfully led the transition from ECC to S/4HANA, managing end-to-end testing (E2E), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution in partnership with global consulting firms, including Accenture.
• Consignment Inventory Management: Processed all acquisitions & disposals for the entire company E2E (order entry, delivery creation, post goods issue). Generated invoices to move inventory out of consignment inventory to memo A/R, and issued D2D outbound invoices and R&I'd the units to the receiving dealer.
• Inventory Optimization and Cost Savings: Strategically reduced consignment inventory from $40M to ~$9.8M by implementing rigorous policies and procedures, resulting in $7.2M in annual savings. Partnered with international coordinators to ensure compliance with reduction targets ahead of the S/4HANA go-live date.
• Technological Innovation: Spearheaded the implementation of Asset Panda IMS and telematics solutions to improve traceability and accountability, reducing inventory losses by $250K annually, with projected savings of $4.7M over a decade.
• Global Supply Chain Oversight: Managed export orders for our international subsidiaries, including order entry, delivery creation, and inventory allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
• Executive Policy Development: Collaborated with senior leadership to develop and enforce policies, enhancing inventory management and minimizing financial exposure.

• Product Development Support: Partnered with project managers to construct and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) for new product releases and updates, ensuring seamless integration of enhancements.

• Managed the storage of biological materials in our tissue bank in accordance with government regulations.
• Introduced an IMS, and improved P&P's by generating customized barcodes for all product lines. Due to the high cost of our products and brief lifespan, I saved the company ~200K annually.
• Stocked, shipped, and placed strategic PO's with various vendors for all stem-cells, skin substitutes, spinal hardware, tendons, ligaments, etc.
• Audited all incoming shipments to ensure accuracy, and conducted daily physical inventory counts to ensure new IMS/barcoding system was working properly.
