• Worked as contract developer at Textron for aircraft parts eCommerce website. Architecture was ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework accessing various Oracle and SQL Server DB.
• Implemented ASP.NET API interfaces and integrated with existing API and SOAP interfaces.

• Researched and trained on how to best deploy our server products to customers with large scale implementations
• Products included core web server UI, scoring product to provide SOAP responses in a real time environment, and web based data entry
• Added multiple features to web based data entry application to support customer requirements such as double blind data entry, user configurable constraints based on our existing spreadsheet formulas (Excel like) with enhanced syntax, and date time labels
• Also introduced the concept of sequences where a user could define a workflow of related data entry forms and link them together and define constraints and values based on parent forms
• Assisted in update to the web server product to use the Dell standard CUI framework (based on AngularJS).

Initial position was custom development and IT support. Moved from custom to core development team while also continuing to support domain and network architecture for several more years.

Part of team that developed initial web based version of statistical analysis product. (SOAP/PHP with Windows service based back end).

• Developed real time monitoring and and alerting product web interface. Based on scheduled tasks that would run user define analytical modules. Alarms raised during the execution of the tasks would update in the web dashboard interface and the user could drill down to get details on and acknowledge the alarm(s).
• Took lead on project for web based data entry of application used primary by pharmaceutical industry during their manufacturing process. This was an ASP.NET based application that extended functionality of legacy thick client application.
• Developed tool (initially VB6 based later migrated to VB.NET) that allowed customers to transfer our Enterprise configuration objects from one database schema to another. For validated customers this allowed them to develop Enterprise configuration objects in phases until ready for their production environment.
• Maintenance of application to transfer configuration database between Access/SQL/Oracle ODBC connections.
• Took over implementation of MSI based installer that deployed product suite based on licensing and user configuration. Involved product suite from stand alone local installs to networked file based installs and various server products.
• Independently lead training of using our object model for various customers including a large semiconductor company and multiple pharmaceutical companies.
• Lead internal training sessions with a large group of our foreign offices training them on deployment and configuration of our enterprise products.
• Traveled to many domestic and overseas customer sites to gather requirements and assist in the deployment of our Enterprise software. This involved configuring multiple environments and integrating the various components of our software. Customers included industries such as semiconductor manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and manufacturing.
• Assisted in advanced support issues that standard technical support needed assistance with. For some of our largest customers was the main point of contact for support of their deployment.
• Responsible for maintaining existing NT 4 domain including managing the servers, creating domain accounts/groups and setting appropriate file/share permissions on company wide file share. Migrated existing NT 4 domains to single Active Directory domain.
• Negotiated and upgraded Internet connection multiple times, configured CISCO router (load balanced T1 connections initially on first upgrade). Eventually oversaw migration to fiber connection which is still in use. Deployed enterprise wide antivirus (McAfee) and managed firewall rules for DMZ.
• Managed company Internet domain presence such as DNS resolution and security/deployment of public facing servers such as main FTP and HTTP servers. Migrated existing legacy e-mail system to Microsoft Exchange/Outlook.
• Setup workstations from scratch, installing and supporting all software needed depending on the position of the employee.
