Interim Planning Manager from August 2020 - May 2021 -

• Head count of 9 - 3 planners, and 6 buyers
• Responsible for managing forecast for 540 PACE parts, monitoring min/max levels and making sure enough jobs are released and materials are being driven to forecast
• Monitor CTB on over 2,000 skus, ensuring Planning is releasing jobs to our customer need, analyzing push, pull, cancel signals to utilize capacity mindfully
• Managing of outsourcing jobs to our sites in Asia to support our customer base, as well as helping manage material shipments to Asia to help support their supply to UCT

• Ensured the timely procurement of materials needed on the manufacturing floor. Averaged 5,000 open PO lines with constant churn, needing attention
• Mentored buyers, and drove them to success, using KPI's and measurable metrics
• Coordinated with sales, operations, and engineering to establish support for our customers, suppliers, and the company

• Created, managed, and processed engineering change orders, manufacturing change orders, and deviations, ensuring that all affected products are clearly identified and all issues are resolved prior to finalizing documentations
• Monitored compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations
• Researched and sourced suppliers for electrical and mechanical components, and provided local contract manufacturers with necessary parts and kits needed for assembly
• Helped to maintain project budgets at all points from purchase of parts through final assembly
