  • Leading initiative to use crowdsourcing to involve all PSD associates in the creation of key strategic initiatives for this strategy to promote inclusion and make change management simpler resulting in 25% of associates contributing unique ideas
  • Leading a group of 8 leaders in the company to use a future-back strategic planning method to identify the biggest disruptors that could affect our business and identifying the key milestones needed to overcome them
  • Creating and presenting a proposal for a scaled agile transformation to the divisional leadership team to determine the organizational structure needed to survive and thrive in the next 5-10 years
  • Collaborating with 16 other leaders in the division and PwC to quantify and understand the current state of our divisional portfolio and determine the changes needed to ensure 25% value growth over the next 3 years

  • Worked with a team of 20 leaders in the enterprise and The Institute for the Future to identify the 4 largest future forces which could present a threat or opportunity for Gore over the next 10 years in order to inform the 2030 Enterprise Strategy

Portable Electronic Venting Strategy; June 2019 – Feb 2020

  • Developed a step-change strategy for the Portable Electronic Venting business along with 5 other leaders to expand the product lines available to serve customers resulting in a first-year increase in the sales funnel of $150MM
  • Led a crowdsourcing and transparency effort with the associates in the business to bring in the perspectives of those doing the work which resulted in >90% of associates approving of the strategy with minimal change management needed at rollout
