Moved to Panama when offered my own kitchen at the exclusive American resort in the tourist town on Bocas del Toro, Panama. A highlight was going to the docks daily to select my fresh fish special from whatever the fisherman showed up with. Would probably still be there had I not had a horrible experience being kidnapped and held in the jungle for several days, before being rescued.
