  • Successfully performed intubation on close to 40 neonates without any failures.
  • Head Emergency Preparedness Non-Commissioned Officer for Labor and Delivery. Responsible for ensuring 4 L&D Crash Carts, 2 Operating rooms, 2 Anesthesia Crash Carts and a Neonatal Incubator were always prepared and ready for any emergency as needed.
  • Member of the Neonatal Response Team. Responsible for responding to any and all newborn emergencies.
  • Led Environmental and Safety compliances for Clinic Operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs as well as managing hazardous material disposal and maintaining equipment and employee cleanliness standards, as well as re-writing SOPs when necessary.
