* Create Schedule staying within budget.
* Order supplies for the store.
* Monitor New Hire application progress. *Support the Floor Associates, POC, Merchandising.
* Oversee the schedules for clients living in there home.
* Schedule Caregivers according to the Caregivers skill level and Availability.
* Listen to and problem solve any questions and or concerns that Clients or Caregiver have about care or specific situations that may have happened in the home.
* Run reports reflecting operation stats.
* Oversee the other schedulers and to assure that ALL of our clients were treated with a sense of urgency and respect.
* Sit in on Insurance Nurse Assessments with our clients.
