Level 3 NICU, 100+ unit. 22wks up to term neonates. various modes on ventilation, invasive lines, I N.O. vasoactive drips, sedation drips, CT's, NEC, penrose drains, ostomies, gastroschisis, trisomy 18, multiple congenital abnormalities, cooling, EVD, hydrops, hydrocephalus, hypoplastic lung and heart, post op care. fetal demise and post mortem care.

• Provided high level of quality care for critically ill neonates in 90-bed neonatal ICU unit. Cared for neonates with rare disorders: ichthyosis harlequin, anecephalic, OI, and surfactant dysfunction.

Level 3 NICU - care of micro neonates, NEC, total body cooling, invasive lines, nitric oxide, ventilators, and attended high risk deliveries. post mortem care

Assisted with chest tube insertions, LP's, and invasive lines. Cared for neonates with PPHN, VP shunts, gastroschisis, CDH, and hydrops.

Worked as a travel nurse (miami, cincinnati, alaska, northern california, and las vegas) in level 3 NICU and PICU. Took care of critically ill patients and adapted well to new environments.

International flight company. Based out of Fort Lauderdale Fl. Most transports were from the Caribbean, Central and South America to the US and Canda. Fixed wing and ground transport. Able to critically think quickly and divert flight when needed. Assessed and managed care of newborn to adults, worked closely with paramedics, RT's, and pilots. Care ranged from acute to critical. Ventilators, invasive lines, vasoactive drips, CT's, EVD's, sedation drips, total body cooling.
