Summary

My main objective is to utilize the skills I have learned over the last 20 years working in two different nonprofit organizations in a variety of positions. I have worked as a program coordinator, development, finance, two roles in HR, one was advancement to HR Administrator and my current role of HR Recruiter, executive assistant to two Executive Directors as well as programming and even helped in Finance. The goal for me currently is to find remote work, while traveling and working with my partner in the transportation industry. Collaborative leader with dedication to partnering with coworkers to promote engaged, empowering work culture. Leadership

In all my positions from the two included employers I have led teams. I supervised the receptionist in both positions and in my current positions I also supervised the warehouse staff. I have implemented the Covid Policy, helped with all policies in our handbook and employee benefits book as well as the Job Posting Policy for external and internal candidates. In my Human Resources position I was responsible for 2023’s staff morale trainings, in which I researched and met with several companies to design and find a program that could help our staff experiencing burnout with lifelong skills to help reduce stress, anxiety and find ways to deal with burnout.
