i got that award because i have a very good relationships with all my client, the agency was sending me in different client house or nursing home as a private care giver i never had problem with any of the client always make sure before i take the case the first thing i do check the information if i cant handel i don't take the case i do my job well,
Most of the time after my shift all clients call the agency and tell them what i did for them so the agency tells me what they receive from clients the whole comments were nice and blessed that is how i got the award.
