Bekhzod Khudaykulov

Originally hired as a translator, my work became more about management rather then translating. First I managed the team of translators, helping the with their set ups and any technical difficulties. In a couple of months I learned how the conference room was set up and the process. I helped in a difficult situation, and was given more managerial tasks, not involving translators. I helped set up conference rooms, did on site customer support, and had little experience with pitching our services. My tasks were easy but I did them well and with confidence. The tasks required me to communicate with employees, coordinate a small team, and deal with other private contractors.
