  • Achieved KPIs that measured how associates adopted training and were set up for success across all operational processes, positive customer experience, and delivery success.
  • Responsible to deliver stations’ staffing, variable cost per package (VCPP), material handling equipment, dispatch, and peak season operational plans. Performed complex calculations to analyze and optimize engineering processes
  • Launched programs for delivery stations such as Amazon Same Day, Amazon Flex, and Bulk delivery routes resulting in higher stations utilization and hence increased revenue for AMZL and lower cost per package.
