• Leading a team of 7 members to plan 2 large philanthropy events, fundraise for our chapter-specific philanthropy, and create service opportunities for 300+ women in our chapter.
• Working with 8 other executive board members to lead the chapter, hold chapter members accountable, and solve any problems that may arise.

Rho Gamma, Texas A&M Panhellenic

• Shepherded a group of 70 girls through panhellenic recruitment week at Texas A&M.
• Reminded girls of where they needed to be and when they needed to be there, being in constant communication with them so that they could make the most of their recruitment experience.
• Experienced difficult conversations with a clear head and open mind towards the girls.
