A professional leader with executive experience ready to drive change towards benefiting Panhellenic relationships. I can implement many initiatives to enhance how the College Panhellenic Council performs.
This position allowed me to grow my connections with other chapters, create socials for the women in my chapter, and gain insight into Panhellenic responsibilities. I made sure to take part in maintaining strong and inclusive relationships with all chapters involved in the College Panhellenic Council. I kept track of all documents discussed in College Panhellenic Council meetings to forward to my chapter. I would help revise bylaws and create new motions to better the CPC. Ensuring to attend bi-weekly meetings every Tuesday was mandatory. I hosted two major events; one was a movie night with snacks to grow better relationships with other chapters, and the other we created cards for healthcare workers local to Flagstaff. I have had the opportunity to attend leadership events, including health workshops, ADPI Academy, and more.
In this position, I created motivational, kind quotes for my chapter to keep them in good spirits during the week. I would give health and wellness advice to my chapter when they requested. Another main responsibility was maintaining and tracking pi points. These are points rewarded for attending socials, philanthropy events, tailgates, CPC events, intramurals, and more. These are how we track who was permitted to attend formal. I responded to many emails about formal, tallying up every member's points from attending events, and documented the information in Google Sheets.
Attended Alpha Delta Pi Academy.
My executive team stayed the weekend at the Arizona Grand Resort and Spa. We learned the proper requirements entailed in the position of Vice President of Panhellenic Relations. Attended stations that included tips on social media marketing, event management, and team development. Met other Panhellenic delegates around the U.S. and learned how their chapters handle their positions on their campus.
