  • As a step-up supervisor I oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Train and mentor team members to enhance skill sets, performance and implement process improvements that increased operational efficiency and reduced downtime. During turnarounds / unit outages, I work with coworkers to properly and safely decon the unit.
  • As a Board Operator, I operate and monitor control systems to ensure safe and efficient plant operations by following the production plan, adjust unit operating parameters to maintain profitability and stable operation, stay in constant communication with outside operators and other areas to troubleshoot and resolve unit upsets.

  • As a Loader / Unloader my responsibilities ranged from hooking up and loading railcars and tank trucks in accordance with safety and operating procedures.
