-Managing scheduling efficiency and productivity for a 26 operatory and 12,000 patient practice.

-Coordinated with local and regional Willamette dental offices, ensuring inter-office operations.

-Deployed to the Horn of Africa for two nine month mobilizations. Responsible for all dental care of Camp Lemonier, as well as multi national forces on Camp Lemonier. Support for NAmal and Merchant Marine ship board personnel in the area of operation.

-Humanitarian missions to Malawi Africa, Puerto Rico, and above the Artic Circle AK.

-Support and provide dental care to US Marine 4th Tank Battalion, multiple locations CA, WA, OR.

-Provide dental care at US Marine Corps recruit training command.
