I love being a CVICU nurse. Though I love my career, it is also one of the most stressful jobs there is. Once I became a CVICU nurse (especially during COVID) I needed to find balance and a way to handle the stress and challenges that arise every shift, and that is when I found Yoga. Yoga keeps me balanced, and keeps my mind clear- ready for whatever the next shift brings.
