  • Supervising, coaching, and developing field technician teams, developing and maintaining technician work schedules that meet customer needs, ensuring on the job safety, and resolving team conflicts
  • Performing quality inspections and safety reviews, providing ongoing performance feedback and career planning assistance to subordinates
  • Assuming responsibility for the installation and repair of the assigned products and services with accountability to the customer

  • Interfacing with customers, altafiber management and outside contractors to resolve escalated repair and installation events as well as working with the customers and vendors to resolve service and application interaction problems
