  • Maintained two pools, one 17,500 gallons the second 22,500 gallons. I was the CPO, on site, during my employment.
  • Responsible for all electrical and mechanical repairs to the grounds including HVAC Systems.
  • Maintained, serviced, and repaired all equipment required to maintain the park including weed eaters, zero turn mowers, edgers, push mowers, chain saws, electric golf carts, etc.

  • Instrumental in getting the jacking system working on PIII, in Columbia, where we could load her on the heavy lift to transport the rig to Kiewit Shipyard, Ingleside Texas. Rig had been unmanned and decommissioned for 5 years.
  • Calculated variable load for PIII to load on heavy lift with even keel.
  • Developed jacking sequence for all three rigs at KOS, Ingleside. Used these sequences to obtain permits to not only jack the rigs but move them to different locations along the quay.
  • Studied and developed engine cooling system for PI, while jacked up, using drill water tanks and a small submersible pump.
  • First to review work packs before being submitted to the Project Manager.
  • Function tested all hydraulic actuated and air actuated valves on all three rigs and developed the Work Pack for KOS to repair, replace, eliminate, or move valves.
  • Ballast all three rigs so the modules could be placed onboard maintaining an even keel.
  • Instrumental in working engine cooling systems on all three rigs where the OEM cooling systems had been removed or no longer functioning due to piping or pump changes. This required out-of-the-box thinking and some unique cooling systems that had not been used or tested in the past.
  • Attended all move turning meetings with the Pilots, Tug Captains, and ground support personnel adding additional rig draft specifications and leg penetrations.
  • Ordered all tow bridle arrangements for the trips from Kiewit yard to Mexico. (Ocean tow)
  • Managed third party lifeboat technicians in the rebuilding of all four lifeboats and one fast rescue. This includes parts procurement, staging for the lifeboats to be worked on onshore, installation of the davit systems, and the final testing for Lloyds Registry to sign off on the units.
  • Interfaced with NFE Rig Champions as well as KOS Site managers to have a clear line of communication between all parties. This was especially important during the many rig shifts and moves.
  • Calculated variable loads as the drilling equipment was being removed and replaced with the Liquid Natural Gas Recovery and turning liquid
  • Assisted in implementing safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Supported daily operations by coordinating schedules and resources for project completion.
