I have been in the service industry for 13+ years. I have worked just about every FOH position. I've also spent time BOH. I work well in a team oriented environment but also succeed working independently. I lead a team with respectful and efficient communication. I have a good understanding of tasks that need to be completed and how best to manage my time.

I aspire to run a successful small scale organic homestead providing food to local restaurants and the community all while implementing sustainability into the local environment.
