• Direct sales business support for 16 million dollar group volume business of over a thousand team members. Tracking and updating inventory, packing and mailing direct orders, and creating and editing videos for various social media platforms.

• As a temporary employee for orders and deliveries, I played a crucial role in organizing and processing the deliveries that have been ordered for various ministries. My duties included:
• Actively being aware of deliveries coming in due to due dates, quantity, and ministry awareness
• Working closely with the Creative Services Manager to ensure all orders were placed and what is expected to come in
• Labeling and checking in all delivered items
• Communicating to all vendors, couriers, and ministries for updates and clarification on orders that were placed waiting to be delivered

• Responsible for the professional communication of First Church ministries to the congregation and community via print media, web and email, video production, social media, and on-campus signage.

• Manage ingesting of new field footage with Adobe Prelude and backup to multiple locations. Archiving of completed programs and various media to LTO. Cataloging media through CatDV. Manage new tape stock and archived media library. DVD production and duplication. Supporting video editors and producers with production needs.

• Primarily supports Americas field and sales marketing teams and corporate lead generation campaigns, supporting campaign and list management for the Americas region.

• Edited together video, audio still imagery and motion graphics for creative and informational multimedia projects.
• Delivered edits on time for reviews and final delivery.
• Organized and worked with raw footage from multiple cameras and sources.

• Maintained and supervised tape library, transcribing, logging tapes, dubs, editing, assist on shoots, set up voiceovers, DVD duplication, etc.
