Since joining Pache Montessori, I have implemented a number of systems and processes to ensure operational success. This has resulted in a reduction in total payroll, inventory and maintenance costs.

• Successfully obtained the Final Certificate of Occupancy for a historical landmark building, leading the project from initial assessment to completion, including project scheduling and budget management.
• Developed and implemented comprehensive operational and HR systems from the ground up, resulting in enhanced workflow, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Managed vendor relationships through contract negotiation and ongoing communication, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversaw all HR functions, including payroll processing, onboarding, time-off tracking, performance management, and scheduling, creating a supportive environment for staff development.
• Directed maintenance and capital improvements for a 25,000-square-foot facility, including HVAC systems, general maintenance, cleaning services, and supply management.
• Monitored and managed the maintenance and inventory budget, ensuring that supplies and cleaning materials are consistently stocked and within budgetary constraints.

• Facilitated the development of new corporate partnerships, leading to two new partnerships.
• Actively managed existing corporate partnerships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and renewals.
