I am a graduate from Indiana State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Engineering Technology. I currently work at MasTec Clean Energy and Infrastructure, which recently acquired IEA, as an IT Service Desk Analyst I. I am a customer service oriented individual with a vast knowledge in IT at different levels. As my career progresses, I am eager to progress into a Networking or Cybersecurity role to work with what more closely aligns with my experience and degree.
I currently work as an IT Service Desk Analyst I where my day to day activities include, but are not limited to, a helpdesk ticketing system, back-end network and appliance work, the setup of network devices such as firewalls, switches, and access points for job sites, as well as simple IT issues such as front-end user troubleshooting, setting up new devices, and swapping out old devices and equipment
This includes oversight of all new projects, account creation and deletion, controlling access for users and other administrators, and reviewing events and security cameras as needed
This includes imaging new computers with our safety application image and maintaining and fulfilling laptop requests and return forms as they are submitted or requested
As a Guest Services Associate I was responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and patients in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. I was also responsible for driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assisting guests in and out of their vehicle during arrival and departure.
