I handle the daily duties of my family's Highway Construction Business.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

-Traffic Control

- Safety of all employees

- Completing the job at hand; safely, time, and efficiently as possible.

- Operating equipment needed to perform job

- Organizing and coordinating with Prime and other Subcontractors to keep a timely/efficient schedule

- Coordinating trucking and procurement of necessary construction materials

- Communicate with ARDOT Inspectors and Engineers

- Handling all of our purchasing of construction equipment

- Maintenance of all equipment, trucks, and tools

- Responsible for densities, proctors, and other related items
