  • As Chief of Readiness at Tinker AFB, OK led military and civilian personnel in training all deployable troops in nuclear, biological, and chemical warfare. Also led base-wide training/exercises for war time and natural disaster scenarios.
  • Served as project programmer - met with all units on base to determine construction and maintenance needs. Gathered requirements, created project cost estimates, and sought funding from higher headquarters.
