Accomplishments

As the Operations Supervisor, my first task, along with my team, is to learn the inventory software and implement an inventory bin location identification system. We are conducting a hard count of all plant products and equipment inventory. Additionally, I am collaborating with the FSQA Manager to write SSOPs and SOPs. We are also identifying a more accurate process for product yield accountability, exploring methods from water thawing concentrate cultures of probiotics to the idea of cryogenic encapsulation after the fermentation of our concentrated cultures.
