I enjoy working out four times a week. Challenging my self and setting goals are a weekly task. I like to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
The rest of the three days in my week is what I like to call family time. That could consist of watching my son dj in Utah or driving to oregon to visit my daughter in college. Most of the time is my wife to do list [lol].
We try plan a big family trip once a year. Having my family together and spending time with them is a yearly goal.
