Melbourne Housing Prices

  • The project aimed to build a model of housing prices to predict median house values in Melbourne when given all other metrics
  • Used multiple different models to test which worked best; K-Clustering worked the best with an R-squared of 0.723

Boston Ridesharing Price

  • This project aimed to build a model that predicted the price of the rideshare ride when given all other metrics, such as start and end location, weather, company and type of ride (i.e. Uber Black, UberXL, Lyft Lux), etc.
  • The polynomial model worked best with an R-squared of 0.932
