Conducted routine inspections and maintenance on helicopter components to ensure operational safety. (Inspections included checking: hydraulic system, gearboxes, drive shafts, both engines, main transmission, flight controls, fuel system, front and back struts, auxiliary power unit, the main rotor system, and the tail rotor system.)
Hand selected a team of highly skilled mechanics to prepare 10 UH-60M for deployment to Europe for Operation Atlantic Resolve. All 10 aircraft made it to the designated pick up site on time and mission ready.
Collaborated closely with company leadership to streamline and organize aircraft maintenance and inspections. Leading to aircraft being readily available for medevac missions.
Lead 10 subordinate UH-60M mechanics through over 1,000 maintenance hours with zero accidents or issues.
