OSU Cowboy Dining is an ambassador of Oklahoma State University Athletics. OSU Cowboy Dining is the foodservice organization that supports Oklahoma State University Athletics through dining services within our Athletic Training Table, Gameday and Special Events. At OSU Cowboy Dining our goal is to provide extraordinary service to our athletes and donors as well as providing a quality atmosphere for our team members all while maintaining a first-class facility.

Gameday Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all gameday premium service operations across all venues.
  • Continually observe, direct, and assist staff where necessary on gamedays across all venues.
  • Assist in gameday setup, stocking, and post-game cleanup.
  • Assist in facility preparations for upcoming gamedays.
  • Assist suite holders in stocking and inventory their suites during pre-season, prior to each gameday, and unstocking following the last game of the season.
  • Be prepared and knowledgeable of possible customer service issues or requests.
  • Assist in creating timelines, organizational charts, checklists, overviews, and training materials regarding gamedays.
  • Inspect premium areas prior to the start of each function.
  • Check gameday setup, service staff, etc.
  • Be knowledgeable of athletic policies concerning gameday events across all venues.
  • Be knowledgeable of all gameday menus and locations across all venues.
  • Assist in coordinating in-suite special event celebrations on gamedays.
  • Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

Special Event Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist in special events.
  • Plan and schedule staff as needed for special events.
  • Obtain all specifications and pertinent information concerning events, including but not limited to, size of party, schedule of events, and menus.
  • Gather and organize the proper items needed for each event.
  • Review upcoming event overviews to have a thorough understanding of all requirements for scheduled events.
  • Inspect the event room prior to the start of each function and return the event venue to original condition or better after event has ended.
  • Observe, direct, and assist staff during events. Ensure that all details of event overviews are performed.
  • Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
