Develop relationships with families and potential students to ensure that we meet our enrollment goals set forth by the Board of Trustees.


Management of the application review and decision process, as well as scholarship eligibility and interviews in close coordination with the Director of Admissions and the review committee.


Serve as a primary resource for information on admissions strategies, the regional and national competitive landscape, and trends and best practices unique to independent schools.


Collaboration with the marketing team on the creation of advertising and admissions materials.


Develop and execute the Admissions strategy for travel and recruitment of potential Hargrave cadets.


Staff Management: directly manage employees as assigned and/or support the Director in the oversight and mentorship of staff members within the team; serve as the point of contact in the absence of the Director.

  • Built the Food To You.com franchise in the Atlanta, Georgia market
  • This was the very first east coast operation for the company, which is based in Sacramento, California
  • Successfully negotiated agreements with over 30 plus Atlanta restaurants to be their food delivery service
  • Cultivated and developed consistent revenue from corporate catering events
  • Developed key relationships with national restaurant chains such as; California Pizza Kitchen, Maggiano’s, Chili’s and Outback to become their exclusive food delivery company
  • Food To You Atlanta was the first and only food delivery company in the U.S to deliver for Outback Steakhouse
  • Responsible for negotiating food delivery contracts with several film and media companies
  • Of note, the company that produces the hit shows; The Walking Dead and Vampire Diaries
  • Recruited and hired over 15 drivers to successfully deliver food from over 30 restaurants to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Before relocating to Virginia, Food to you Atlanta was averaging over 1,800 deliveries a month.
