Developed standard operating procedures for all processes associated with knife production. Optimized production processes for optimal efficiency (one piece flow) . Developed safety standards and training materials for new hires. Trained new hires and coached under performers to meet production goals. Responsible for creating schedules, pre shift plan, and flexing labor to meet goals. Worked directly with the engineering team to solve problems , remove barriers, improve quality, source new equipment, and bring all process in house.

Worked directly with the marketing team on content creation and commercial shoots. Restructured the drone department to make it legal and safe.

Flew a DJI M300 to support hurricane clean up efforts. Responsible for LIDAR data acquisition, photogrammetry, and derelict vessel locating. Data collected was used to document pre / post clean up. Typically operating from a boat.

Designed, built and integrated Blue UAS compliant drones for a variety of applications. Trained Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Border Patrol and Special Forces how to effectively use their builds. Trained in counter UAS operations. Collected LIDAR data for the FAA in Alaska and Hawaii. Trained operators in California on power line inspections. First person ever to fly a live air traffic control tower (Savannah Georgia).

Operated DJI M300 to support wildfire clean up efforts in oregon. Collected LIDAR and photogrammetry data to document pre / post clean up efforts. Flew thermal sensors to locate hotspots to support active firefighting.
